Once verified, you can customize your profile. Add your birth details (date, time, and location) to generate accurate charts. This information is encrypted and never shared. Your dashboard is the command center. It displays your recently viewed charts, saved reports, and quick links to popular tools. Creating and Managing Your Account

Your account is the key to all YesAstrology features. Beyond initial setup, you can manage your profile, update personal details, and control your privacy. From the account settings page, you can change your email address, reset your password, or delete your account permanently. We recommend using a unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

Managing your saved content is equally important. You can organize your birth charts, reports, and notes into folders or tags. For example, create a folder for "Relationship Compatibility" and save all relevant reports there. This makes it easy to revisit insights later. You can also export reports as PDFs for offline reference.

If you share your account with family members (not recommended for security reasons), note that each person should have their own profile. Multiple profiles under one account are not currently supported. For personalized astrology, each user needs separate birth data and login credentials.

Updating Your Birth Details

Accurate birth details are critical for correct chart calculations. To update yours, go to Account Settings > Birth Data. Enter your date of birth, exact time (including AM/PM), and birthplace city. If you do not know your birth time, select "Unknown Time" and the system will use noon as a default. This affects the accuracy of house placements and the Moon sign, but Sun and planetary positions remain valid.

For the most precise results, use the exact time from your birth certificate. Even a few minutes can shift house cusps. If you later discover your correct birth time, update it immediately. All saved charts will recalculate automatically based on the new data.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, navigate to Account Settings > Delete Account. You will be prompted to confirm. This action is permanent and removes all your saved data, including charts, reports, and purchase history. We cannot recover deleted accounts. If you are unsure, consider deactivating your account instead (contact support for this option).

Before deleting, download any reports you want to keep. You can export them as PDF from the report view page. After deletion, your email address becomes available for a new account. If you change your mind within 30 days, contact support immediately; we may be able to restore your data from backups.

Birth Charts and Astrology Reports

Birth charts are the heart of astrology. Your natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth, showing the positions of planets, the Sun, and the Moon across the zodiac. At YesAstrology, we calculate these positions using precise astronomical algorithms and your birth details. The result is a personalized map of your strengths, challenges, and life themes.

Our reports go beyond the basic chart. The Big 3 Astrology Calculator explains your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs in depth. The Moon Sign Compatibility Calculator compares your Moon sign with a partner's to reveal emotional dynamics. We process refunds for accidental duplicate charges within 14 days. For subscription cancellations, no refunds are given for partial months, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.

How Credits Work

Credits are a flexible way to access premium content without a subscription. Each premium report costs a specific number of credits, shown on the report page. If you cancel a subscription, any unused credits remain in your account.

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions give unlimited access to all premium reports and tools. You can choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly plans offer a discount. To cancel, go to Account Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Click "Cancel" and confirm. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to free access, but your saved reports remain viewable. You can resubscribe at any time.
