## Responsibilities
- Duty 1: Source, evaluate, and outreach to high-performing digital creators, lifestyle vloggers, and podcast hosts across major social platforms
- Duty 2: Negotiate performance-based contracts, deliverables, exclusivity clauses, and rate cards within defined acquisition targets
- Duty 3: Manage end-to-end campaign execution: creative briefing, script reviews, tracked link distribution, and post-flight verification
- Duty 4: Analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, CPM, CPA, referral sign-ups, and blended ROAS) to scale winning partnerships
- Duty 5: Build long-term ambassador relationships and scale our global affiliate infrastructure across key international markets
## Requirements
- Requirement 1: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or performance-driven social media partnerships in consumer digital or D2C brands
- Requirement 2: Proven track record of managing multi-channel influencer campaigns with measurable acquisition, subscription, or revenue outcomes
- Requirement 3: Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, compensation structures, and affiliate tracking models
- Requirement 4: Superb interpersonal and written communication skills with the charisma to pitch and build genuine rapport with talent and agencies
- Requirement 5: Fluent in English; additional language proficiencies are advantageous
