## Responsibilities
- Duty 1: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job description curation, candidate sourcing, initial screening, and interview scheduling
- Duty 2: Coordinate comprehensive remote onboarding experiences that integrate new team members smoothly into our tools and workflows
- Duty 3: Maintain people operations, remote contractor agreements, time-off records, and international payroll compliance workflows
- Duty 4: Facilitate biannual performance feedback reviews, growth conversations, and team engagement initiatives
- Duty 5: Nurture a transparent, supportive, and high-performance remote company culture across distributed time zones
## Requirements
- Requirement 1: 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition in a tech or remote company
- Requirement 2: Hands-on experience with remote team dynamics, international contracting platforms (Deel, Remote), and modern HR tools
- Requirement 3: Exceptional interpersonal communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities with high emotional intelligence
- Requirement 4: Solid understanding of core HR principles, confidentiality requirements, and modern workplace best practices
- Requirement 5: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
