## Responsibilities
- Duty 1: Analyze user cohort retention (D1, D7, D30, D90) and identify behavioral loops that drive repeat platform engagement
- Duty 2: Map and optimize conversion funnels across free calculation tools, digital reports, credit packages, and recurring memberships
- Duty 3: Design, instrument, and evaluate statistical A/B tests on landing pages, paywalls, onboarding flows, and email notifications
- Duty 4: Build and maintain automated dashboards in Metabase, PostHog, or Looker Studio tracking core metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, ARPU)
- Duty 5: Partner closely with growth marketers, product owners, and executive leadership to define quantitative growth hypotheses
## Requirements
- Requirement 1: 3+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence for consumer web or subscription SaaS products
- Requirement 2: Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience querying production data warehouses and transactional databases
- Requirement 3: Deep understanding of product event telemetry (PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, or GA4) and statistical significance testing
- Requirement 4: Demonstrated ability to turn raw telemetry data into intuitive visualizations and strategic business recommendations
- Requirement 5: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
