## Responsibilities
- Duty 1: Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via email and helpdesk ticketing channels
- Duty 2: Assist users with birth time and birth place inputs, account settings, and report delivery troubleshooting
- Duty 3: Process billing inquiries, subscription changes, and refund requests in accordance with company policy
- Duty 4: Document recurring user questions and feature suggestions to share with the product and engineering teams
- Duty 5: Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings and uphold user privacy standards at all times
## Requirements
- Requirement 1: 1+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a digital SaaS, web, or ecommerce environment
- Requirement 2: Flawless written English communication with an empathetic, patient, and warm tone of voice
- Requirement 3: Familiarity with modern support ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Help Scout)
- Requirement 4: Comfortable handling basic technical and calculation troubleshooting with patience and curiosity
- Requirement 5: Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional, human-centered service
